Players registered with an affiliated AFL Club enjoy the benefits of coverage under a Personal Injury policy. ‘The current Certificate of Insurance and Player Coach Insurance Flyer / Information Sheets are accessible via Team App Documents. Please have a read so you aware of your entitlements. The club will retain an incidents register and complete mandatory injury forms. Claim forms are signed by club executive via club secretary email.

Accredited Coaches
All club coach are registered with PlayHQ and Coach.afl, which requires completion of level 1 coaching courses, funded by the club.
Working With Children Checks (WWCC)
The Club has a responsibility to provide a child safe environment for all participants and ensure a comprehensive approach to child protection Accordingly all volunteers who are involved with child-related work and must comply with relevant legislation with regard to WWCC. A WWCC is required by all volunteers over 18 that have direct contact, including: committee members, coaches, assistants, managers and canteen coordinators. A WWCC is not required for those volunteers incidental / supervised contact: runners, water carriers, first aid, ERC, ground managers, goal umpires, canteen / BBQ volunteers.

COVID Safe Plan
AFL NSW/ACT have advised that community AFL Clubs are free to return to training and competition within Community Sport COVID protocols under the Public Health Orders (NSW), NSW Office of Sport and AFL NSW ACT www.aflnswact.com.au/covid19. The key protocols to adhere to are as follows:
- All players, officials, volunteers and spectators are to sign in via attendance registers, NSW Health Club QR code, and team sheets on game day, if advised to do so by NSW Health or AFL South Coast.
- Adhere to any indoor or outdoor venue capacity limits if advised to do so by NSW Health or AFL South Coast.
- Masks must be worn when indoors and not exercising.
- Comply with indoor density requirements
- Limited access to clubhouse for canteen staff club officials and umpires only.
- Canteen workers will require masks and names registered on a sign in / off sheet.
- Practice good hygiene including hand sanitising and individual water bottles.
- Encourage spectators comply physical distancing rules.
- Do not attend if unwell / symptomatic and/or close contact and get tested / isolate as per NSW Health rules
- Notify the club if your receive a positive RAT/ PCR test and have been at the club 2-3 days prior to test / onset of symptoms for club contact risk assessment and notifications
- Protocols subject to change at any time throughout the season.
- Notifications of changes will be made via Team App
- Report any concerns to a member of the Committee
